Website management, your content handled

Website management means we run the content of your website for you. Changes, tweaks, new pages and removals, blog posts written up and published, those posts shared to your social channels, and images made when you have none. It starts at £160 a month plus VAT, and we build the package around what your business actually needs.

from £160/month +VATA starting price. We tailor the package to what you need each month.

In plain English

What is website management?

Website management from Marbl Codes is the content side of your website, done for you. You tell us what needs to change, and we change it: a price, a page, a product, a blog post, the photograph at the top of the homepage. It starts at £160 a month plus VAT, and the package is built around how much your business actually changes.

Most business owners know exactly what their website should say. What they do not have is the hour to log in, remember how the editor works, resize the image and check it on a phone. That hour is the service.

What can I send you?

Anything to do with what the site says or shows. The common ones are changes to text and prices, new pages and products, staff and opening hours, offers, seasonal banners, news and blog posts, and taking down what is out of date. Removals matter as much as additions: a page that promises a service you stopped offering costs you enquiries of the wrong kind.

Send it the way that is easiest. An email, a photograph of a printed leaflet, a voice note. We turn it into a finished change.

Do you post blogs and share them on social media?

Yes. We format and publish your articles with proper headings, titles and descriptions so search engines and AI assistants can read them, and we can write them up from your notes. Then we share them to your social channels, so the work of writing something once is not wasted on a single page.

Regular, useful posts are one of the few things that reliably help a small business get found. It is also the first job to be dropped in a busy month, which is the argument for handing it over.

What if I have no images?

Then we make them. Where a post or a page needs an image and there is no photograph, we generate one in a style that fits your brand, and we say when an image is generated. We do not generate pictures of real people, and we never present a generated image as a photograph of your work. When the real thing matters, our team includes a photographer and a videographer.

How is the price worked out?

From £160 a month plus VAT, tailored to you. We ask how often things change, how much you publish and which channels you use, then suggest a package. If your needs grow past it, we talk to you before adding anything. If you also need the site kept updated and secure, that is website maintenance, from £80 a month, and the two are priced together.

If you need design work and wider digital help as well, Marbl Studio at £800 a month and Marbl Stewardship at £1,600 a month, both plus VAT, include hosting, maintenance and management in one price.

What's included

Everything below is in the price

01

Changes and tweaks

Prices, opening hours, staff, offers, a paragraph that no longer reads right. Send it over and it is done, and checked on the page.

02

Additions and removals

New pages, new products and new sections added in the style of the site. Old ones taken down cleanly, with redirects so nothing is left broken.

03

Blog and news posting

Your articles and news formatted, illustrated, given proper titles and descriptions, and published. We can write them with you too.

04

Social media syndication

What goes on the website shared to your social channels, so one piece of news does the work of four.

05

Image generation

No photograph for the post? We make one, in a style that fits your brand, and we say plainly when an image is generated.

06

A person checks it

Every change is looked at on the live page before we call it done, on a phone as well as a desktop.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises

  1. 01

    We talk

A conversation about what the business needs, not a form and a quote by email. We ask what you sell, who buys it and how they find you. You get a plain-English plan and a price before anything is built.

  2. 02

    We build

Designed from a blank page and coded by us, on WordPress or Astro. You see it on a staging link as it takes shape, and nothing goes live until you have said so.

  3. 03

    We look after it

Launch is the start. Hosting, updates, security, backups and the changes you send us, month to month, with a person who answers the same working day.

Questions people ask us

Straight answers

Website management starts at £160 a month plus VAT. It is a starting price, because a business posting twice a week needs a different package from one changing its opening hours twice a year. We ask what you expect to need, suggest a package, and you see the monthly figure before you agree to anything.

Anything to do with what the site says or shows. Text, images, prices, staff, offers, new pages, removed pages, blog posts and news. If a request is really a new feature or a redesign, we tell you, and quote it separately before doing anything.

We acknowledge every request the same working day. Routine changes are turned around within two working days, and anything bigger gets a date agreed with you before we start.

Either. Send us finished words and we format and publish them. Send us notes, a voice memo or a few photographs and we write it up for you to approve. Nothing is published in your name until you have said yes.

When there is no photograph and one is needed, yes, and we say so. We never generate images of real people or pass a generated image off as a photograph of your work. Your own photographs are always the better choice, and our team includes a photographer when you want them.

Management is the content: what your site says and shows. Maintenance is the health of the site: updates, security, backups and monitoring. Most businesses that update their site regularly want both, and we price them together.
