Finding the story
What makes the business worth photographing, worked out before the shoot so every picture has a job.

Brand photography is photography of a business as it really is, its people, its places and its work, made to be used on a website and in marketing. Sophia Polson, our storyteller and photographer, finds the story in a business and photographs it. Real pictures replace stock images, and they are chosen with the words that sit beside them. It comes as part of working with Marbl Codes, planned with the site.

With Sophia Polson
Photography and story covers the pictures a business is seen through: its people, its places, its products and its work, planned around what the business needs to say. It is led by Sophia Polson, our storyteller and photographer, who finds the story in a business and photographs it. The finished pictures are prepared for the website and chosen together with the words that sit beside them.
Because the pictures are the first thing a visitor believes or disbelieves. A site full of stock images tells people nothing about who they will meet. Real photographs of the team, the premises and the work make a business recognisable and trustworthy before anyone picks up the phone.
Real photography also works harder for search. Pictures with proper descriptions help search engines and AI assistants understand what a page is about, and original images are never duplicates of a thousand other sites.
It starts with the story, not the camera. What does the business do that is worth showing? Who do customers deal with? What happens that nobody outside ever sees? Those answers become a short list of pictures, each with a place on the website or in the marketing.
The shoot itself is planned around your working day. Afterwards the pictures are edited, sized for the web and given descriptions, so they look good and load quickly on a phone.
Under one roof. Photography, words and film are planned together, so Sophia works alongside Jet on the story and Michal where a project also needs video. The pictures go straight into the website as it is built or updated, rather than waiting for someone to find a place for them.
What the work covers
What makes the business worth photographing, worked out before the shoot so every picture has a job.
Portraits and team pictures that look like the people customers will actually meet.
The premises, the products and the work in progress, shown honestly.
Pictures edited, sized and described for the website, so they look good and load fast.
Three steps, no surprises
A conversation about the business and what the pictures need to say, so the shoot is planned rather than hoped for.
Real people, real places, with as little disruption to your day as possible.
Edited, sized and given proper descriptions, then placed on the website alongside the words they belong with.
Straight answers
Because customers can tell. Stock images show people who do not work for you in places you have never been, and the same pictures appear on hundreds of other sites. Real photographs show who customers will meet and what they will get, which builds trust before anyone gets in touch.
It depends on the length of the shoot, the number of locations and how many finished pictures you need, so every shoot is quoted after a first conversation.
It means the pictures are planned around what the business needs to say. Sophia works out the story first, so every photograph has a place on the website or in the marketing, rather than ending up in a folder.
Yes. Usage is agreed when the shoot is booked, and pictures can be prepared for social media, print and presentations as well as the site.
